Qualified Designers/Programmers WANTED

I run a small Design business on the east side and I am looking for artists to put on my vendor list. I am specifically looking for web page designers (no programming necessary), programming gurus (asp, php, etc) and Flash gurus (actionscript master a must).

Please / I am looking for HIGH-END design and development. I work w/ many fortune 500 companies and the work has to be top notch.
