Graphic Designers Unite! The all-new Providence Graphic Design & Arts Meetup has a broad vision to pull artists and designers from a wide spectrum of industries together for education, networking, and social opportunities. Here are topics we'd like to cover in 2008: - Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Fireworks ...and whatever else we can think of! Bring yourself, your ideas for the group, your business card, and a friend. As we launch this, the first meetings will be primarily about what to focus on based on group interest, meeting people, and solidifying a vision for the rest of the year. We need to gather together and hit some critical mass... If you are vaguely interested, pop me a note. The list above is not comprehensive or conclusive, and nothing is written in stone as we form.
