Introduction

Hi! I'm the Graphic Designer and Co-Founder of Red Dog Graphics, offering graphic design and on-site print solutions to the SF Bay Area. I've been professionally employed as a designer for almost 20 years but entrepreneurship is a whole new ballgame!

What advice do you have for ambitious young design graduates?

Build and maintain your network. Of the many design positions I've obtained most of them was from having a contact on the inside.

Tell us what are you hoping to get out of the BAGDP Meetups?

Would like to meet with other graphic designers in the area to talk shop, network, and share resources.

How did you learn about BAGDP? (e-mail invitation, advertisement, link through Meetup, word of mouth, etc.)

What is your design background?

A graduate of FIT in NYC. My first job was for a design studio designing record album covers & night club invitations. I have since been employed by a variety of corporate entities. For fun, I still show a few nightclub invitations in my portfolio.

What do you do for fun?

I enjoy skiing, trail hiking, fine dining, baking, and tend to be a spa rat (when time permits).
