We either have it - you lucky freaks!! or we make it happen - in-fact we can even grow into it. Whatever the case is, it is our motivator, our leader, our unification force.

As designers/specialists we are passionate and our platform is run by this motivation to make a difference. Some of us burn this motivation through sunrise others gain it in their thinkbot (beds, showers or you know..)  

When we have it, we do not want to lose it. Call it our generator. 
Whatever or whenever we are getting it from - we are starting the new year PASSIONATE. It will be our first meetup in a long time and it will be our first meetup for 2008. The year that we can make a difference in our community. The year that we can feel the emotion and the life within us ticking and squeezing for some attention. We either feel it or we are going make it happen. 

PASSION. What's your motivation?  

This will be a joint meetup between the Design Guild of Toronto and the *new* Media Professionals of Toronto. Two passionate groups with one night that's ours. Come out, share your thoughts/passions, portfolios, attitudes and interests. Catch up with old friends and make new ones.

Tell us what's new and what have you been working on...or just chillax and observe...

Our joint meetup will be at Davisville Starbucks. Second Floor. 
There is parking at side and corner streets. We are just up the street from Grey Worldwide and several prestigious ad and design groups. Davisville Starbucks is just literally across from the Davisville Subway station. So!! there is no excuse for missing the spot
